Shanelle is the only reason I go to this place. She knows how to cut any type of hair and does the most quality hair cut I've ever had! Everyone always compliments me after I go see her. I always leave a fat tip, but she deserves a significant raise!!!

The woman who cut my sons hair was great but the manager had some un savory comments afterwards my son is autistic and she made a point that I should call later in the day to see if they can . Mind you I showed up at 4:45 almost an hour before they closed. he is an autistic child who doesn't like his head touched and she tried to make me feel like crap because he was crying the whole time I know it's inconvenient for everyone there I did apologize to everyone but her comments were hurtful. The woman who cut his hair was cool and understanding the whole time but the manager or at least I think it was, was just annoyed that I brought him in and after lecturing me she condescending said we love taking care of him

This location is the best place to get a haircut in Mineral Wells, Tx. Heather is my go-to and is very experienced, professional, and fast! I have over the years used all the other stylists and have never had a bad experience. I can only speak to mens haircuts, because that's what I am. I have a specific hair style and fix my hair daily, she has always done my right. Thank you Heather and thank you Pro-cuts. Mike

I had the stylist Heather that cut my hair. She did very good.Walked me through the haircut. She is nice and swee. Great customer service and kept me company the whole time I was in the salon. Also walked me through the shampoos that are displayed for purchasing. Once I asked that, I wanted a shampoo product. She is awesome. I highly recommend Heather. For anyone that needs a haircut.

Heather is phenomenal and does an amazing job…All the staff are Friendly and work hard…Saturday before Christmas is a tough day and those Ladies kept it flowing Great!
