Pro Clips Hair Cut

I went to Pro Clips for the first time last week to get a haircut. I live in Bellevue so it was quite a drive for me to go to Mountlake Terrace, but it was a good reference from a friend of mine. When I came in to the hair salon, I met with hair specialist Mary. She was with a client so I waited. I saw how detailed she was in taking care of her client’s needs in regards to cut, shampoo and style. She applied the same kind of care, detail & precision to me as well when it was my turn. She’s very friendly & easy-going, also very knowledgeable of her craft, I could tell she’s been in the industry for a long time. Had an amazing experience. I called on a whim after washing my hair because I was so tired of looking at my dead ends and they were able to get me on their schedule and give me a haircut. I had Linda who was very detailed and meticulous. Mary was cutting someone else’s hair and the vibe was very sweet and lovely! I got my hair cut shoulder length and with added layers and I love how it turned out! Good people and good haircuts!

Mary is a wonderful barber/hair stylist! I originally started looking for a barber that was close to me, affordable, knew what they were doing, and could offer me their personal recommendations for hair cuts/styling - Mary fit all those boxes! She is also very professional, personal, and has great customer service. The first time I came, I was a walk in, and she still took me in even though it was close to closing. In fact, she stayed at least half an hour after closing, just for me! Today was my second time, and she did not disappoint! I called ahead and booked an appointment same day, and Mary greeted me with a warm smile. I highly recommend!
