I had a wonderful experience at Privai Spa + Salon at Pike & Rose and will definitely be coming back. Parking was easy with the nearby garage, which already made the visit stress-free before I even walked in. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful — they even asked for my size ahead of my Aescape session so the outfit provided for the treatment was ready and comfortable. The spa itself feels calm the moment you enter. I was brought to a beautiful waiting area with dim lighting and soothing music that immediately helped me relax and transition out of the busy day. Tough cookie experience. I found the spa to be beautiful and clean and the welcome experience was generous however please do your research on their pricing practices. As someone visiting and staying at the property I found it to be absorbent for the quality received. I enjoyed Ruby my therapist very much but after being told she could provide deep pressure, I was deceived. I enjoyed her conversation and kindness so I let it go. Nothing elevated was provided. No stones no trigger points or targeted nada. They used what appeared to be high-quality oils and lotions however, if I wanted to just moisturize my feet and legs I could’ve done that myself. The salon/spa and concierge its self are great. However our experience with the hair salon and response following were the downfall. For two hair trims it was $160 without fees. Which we understood but the experience from the stylist was unprofessional, cold and I would not return to use the same stylist again. I found a salon within the week to correct my cut and spent a fraction of the price. I have reached out to management in regards to my experience and got a response of offering reimbursement however over a week later no refund, no communication. Would not recommend for salon services given the lack of follow up and experience.

5 stars for Kayla who did my facial. She talked to me about my routine and even came up with some suggestions to help. So personable and my skin was absolutely glowing after. 4 stars for the spa overall. The relaxation area was cute. Some suggestions would be dimmed lights, blankets since many people are in their robes, and perhaps a glass of champagne to relax. I would love to see other amenities like a sauna, steam room, red light room as many other spas have them.

I tried the Aescape robotic massage and it was phenomenal. I love that the machine scans your entire body, adjusts pressure to your liking, plays soothing and relaxing music and is very comfortable. It is located inside of Privia Spa and the staff there are so welcoming and kind! It really feels like a customized massage and I will definitely be visiting again!
