I booked under the custom set, which is clearly listed on the booking site as $75. However, I was charged $120 at checkout — an additional $45 that was never discussed or explained to me. At no point while she was doing my nails was I informed that there would be extra costs. If there were upgrades or add-ons applied, they should have been communicated beforehand so I could make an informed decision. Again, the quality of the nails themselves is great, but clear communication about pricing is extremely important. Every time I've been here they ALWAYS do an amazing job. Theyre always friendly. Sometimes they get busy but its definitely worth the wait. Yes they do appointments. My feet always feel fantastic when they're done being cleaned up. Plus sometimes they open early like today . Its said 9:30 open but they were open early.
