I used to get my nails done here since 2017. I loved it so much and loved getting my nails done by Tam, he was a gem! I went about a year or so not getting my nails done after getting married and expecting a baby. All I wanted today was to schedule a nail appointment with Tam for my baby shower. The guy on the phone let me know Tam is no longer with Pristine Nails but opened his own salon. Let me tell you, it was like pulling teeth trying to get any information from him to try to find Tam so I can get my nails done for my baby shower. It's not unusual for people to outgrow a salon & start their own thing; it's happened multiple times with hair stylists I've had. But the difference is the hair salons have always been so helpful providing me with a phone number or an app like booksy or a bus

I got gel done for the first time ever. It looked good in the salon but as soon as I left I noticed mistakes - the polish didn't go all the way down so it looked like my nails had already grown out for a week, one of my nails was filed at such an angle when it grows out it's going to look like a shelf, and all the nails were not smooth. My next stop after getting my nails done was buying a nail file to smooth out the nails. They look nice from a distance but when I look up close I see a lot of mistakes. Not a great first experience.

I’ve given this place a chance three or four times now, and I’m really annoyed. If you’re getting a gel polish change on your toes, it feels like they are secretly mad at you for not paying for a full pedicure and completely rush the service and make the end result look bad. I specifically said I wanted length with my toenails and a defined square shape and before I could even say anything, she cut them way too short. The entire experience was rushed, and she was nearly hurting me with the buffer against my cuticles because she was doing it so fast on each toe to rush me out of there. I think the whole process took about 10 minutes, which is kind of insane for the fact that the service is $30 without tip.

It's been awhile since I had a manicure so I decided to make an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted politely and sat down with my nail tech Sally. She was wonderful! So kind, professional, and fun to talk to. She made the whole experience memorable. I definitely recommend visiting!

Every tech here does a GREAT job but MEGANNN is my girl!! She is very precise and experienced and it shows with every set she does! 🫶🏾 The staff is always friendly and the salon is always clean. If you are looking for a salon that is consistent with their work this is the one!!
