Went to prisca nails on Friday. My daughter wanted chrome nails. They charged me 20 extra dollars for this! It literally took 2 days before half of them were chipped. I went back and asked for a refund or gift card. The manager refused!. Said he could fix the nails. I did not have time. I asked if I could come back at a later date and just have them do her nails at the same cost at a later date. The manager refused. I left without any compensation. They lost a customer.

I wasent gonna say anything but it’s funny to me 🫥 . I went here back in June.. to get graduation nails, and the nails literally only lasted ( 6 days ) for my graduation 😭 and they were acrylic with gel . They charged $53+15 tip.. also got my eyebrows done and they literally broke the whole top of my face out .. (they were short a v- French tip)

The owner was very rude to my mom was rushing with her nails and made her feel so uncomfortable my mom has never experienced such bad customer service! Didn’t do a good job with my mom’s nails and blamed her for it! She wanted him to fix it and he didn’t because it was closing time and mocked her when she was leaving. Do not recommend coming here!
