Came here for a pedicure. The girl working on my feet seemed clueless. She wasn’t even filing my toe nails, she was filing my skin and she was irritating me. She didn’t even cut the dead skin away, she just kept pushing the tool around without any visible results. I sat in the chair so long my legs and butt fell asleep. I think my teen daughter would have done a better job. A pedicure takes 15-30 minutes tops. I was sitting in this chair for over an hour. Everyone sitting around me left and were done and I’m still here. I get it people want to have staff to take care of their customers. However this is more a disservice in my opinion. I came for a pedicure and I got a half done job. Maybe she should have been refilling supplies and keeping the place clean instead of doing pedicures. I doub

Three wks ago, my mom had a Manicure and Pedicure here. She was very pleased. This past Friday, we both went to have Manicure and Pedicure, our experience wasn't as great. The man doing the Pedicures was inexperienced and looked puzzled. He didn't know where to begin start. He gave us the only anxiety. My mom was very disappointed with the service. Jenny was great with my gel Manicure. My Pedicure looked like patch work and Jenny ended up being the problem solver. Would I be going back here again? Maybe not...I expected a bit more. They to hire people with experience. Most places, I go to in the city never disappoint because of great service

Unfortunately this nail salon has regressed in quality and facility. Everything is dirty including chairs, tables and tools. It is no longer a pleasant experience. The quality of the work has greatly diminished. At first I thought the person was in training but then realized that the other people there also were not experts at managing manicures and pedicures.

Worst place to get your feet done! The Asian woman doing my feet, put hand soap in the pedicure tub to wash my feet whereas the other clients around me were getting clean products to put in the tub. The woman was working so fast, had to tell her to slow down and deep clean my cuticles. I saw two Mexican women who work there doing such an amazing job on their clients, wish they had done my feet. The Asian lady started talking about me in her language. Then she didn’t give me a massage that they usually give when doing pedicures. Initially, I wanted to do a full set and because of the disgusting job they did on my feet, I paid and walked out. Will never go here again!
