Princess Nails

Not one to write a negative review, so let's keep this neutral. I went as a walk-in kinda ..I did call and let her know id be in...I brought my kids one of which wanted her nails painted, the other sat in his stroller relatively quiet. My sister and I both got full sets! We picked our colors they chose gel polish for us told us it was going to be more that's fine. Everything was an upcharge... My sister and I said fine it was a special occasion. said fine to every upcharge.my sisters nails are chunky and clearly not what my sister asked for which was an ombre is clearly two colors myself I asked for french tips with polka dots I didn't care really that she couldn't do straight lines or polka dots and that each finger has four dots.... Again I'm not a picky customer from what I am disappoin

Love coming here! Have been coming here for about 15 years now and I've never been disappointed! The owner is so sweet and will do whatever you need her to do, to make you happy with the outcome! Place is always very clean and all tools and equipment gets sterilized and washed down, after each client! Having a salon that's clean, where I know I'm not going to contract some sort of infection or fungus, is essential to my choice of this place! Can't say enough nice things about this place! Pedicure massage chairs are pretty new and so is the rest of the equipment they use. They are always up-to-date about new trends and practices! They even do false eyelashes and waxing here! Great salon and great service! I drive from Worcester to North Grafton, just to come here because I love it so much!

I started going to Princess Nails about 2 months ago, my feet were a mess and I had no fingernails, they take great care of me and takes pride in their work. My feet look fantastic, I can wear sandals with confidence, and my fingetnails are getting so long for the first time in my life. 100% recommend them all the girls are awesome, I use Lily exclusively, she does great work.

Have been to a lot of nail salons in my life and I think I finally found my home at princess nails in Grafton! I was able to get in this morning and it was my first visit with them it was amazing Lillian listened to what I wanted help me choose a beautiful dip color and now I'm on my way to have an amazing few weeks with my beautiful nails I rebooked and I'll be seeing her soon Don't hesitate to call and make an appointment with Lillian she's very professional and knows what she's doing!
