Princess Nails

Lina and her team are best! I am very particular when it comes to nails and she does an amazing job. She also does gel buildup which not too many nail salons do. I think this is the best nail salon in Marlton. The salon is very clean also.

It’s my 3rd time at the salon and the nail techs do beautiful work. I started out getting dip manicures like I did at my old salon but the tech recommended gel nails so I didn’t have to go through removal every time. I had no idea what it was but I love it since I won’t have to go through the damaging removal process every time I go. Not sure why my old salon never suggested it to me. I’ll definitely keep going back to Princess Nails.

I came in specifically for a “soak off” to remove my nails. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the service I requested, I was left in significant pain. A layer of my nail beds was stripped off when a plastic nail was used to remove the nail, despite my repeated requests to simply cut and soak off the nails to avoid injury. When I asked to have it done more gently, I was told it would “take too long.” The result was that I left with bloody, sore fingers, and the only care I was offered was a bandaid. I was charged $15 for this service, and I am deeply disappointed with the outcome and the lack of consideration for my comfort. Given the circumstances, I do not plan on returning.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here! I usually get acrylic with gel and I am so happy each time I leave! The acrylic is applied with the right amount of thickness and the gel nail polish lasts. I would highly recommend!

I called in advance to ask for an 11:30am appointment. I was asked to pick a color, they had limited selection of colors, but it’s okay I looked past this as I am on the simpler side. It was 11:55am and no tech in sight any where nearly done with their clients to see me (only 3 techs present). I am a resident at a hospital and with my minimal time, I truly was banking on being seen on time. I even accounted for an extra 15 minutes delay because things happen and was super understanding of that. Hitting almost a half an hour, regardless of any person’s career, is unacceptable. I traveled from far away to give them a try and am extremely disappointed. I had of course looked at yelp reviews (3.5/5) which showed reviews from 1-2 years ago and should have on google.
