Princess Nails

My pedicures from here are always bomb!! I got my nails done from here for the first time this weekend and I LOVE IT. The shape is perfect, they took their time but were still quick and not rough at all. They ate down❤️

Princess Nails was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had in the New Orleans area! Me and my best friend visited the city for the Beyoncé concert and they were so pleasant! From the manicure service, to also getting my eyebrows done and to my friend getting a pedicure. The customer service was amazing and their musical selections during this period were perfect! I thoroughly enjoyed all of the technicians and the staff who helped make this experience worth while. Also, the pictures provided are a week after I left this place and they are still holding up strong! My nails still look beautiful! Thank you so much and this business deserves so much more recognition!

Disappointing. I had high hopes after the pedicure. But what came next is my nails getting done poorly. The lady did not ask my desired nail shape, did not do any pre-soak, did not push my cuticles or get rid of dead skin. She also painted my nails poorly and burned my skin with the friction from the emory board. And to top it off, my nails already look like they need to be redone on both my hands and my feet and it hasn't even been a week. I spent $60 and am completely dissatisfied.

So, I went in looking for brows and lashes. The beautiful young woman who does brows and lashes (didn’t catch her name! 😕) was so amazing and helpful it was unbelievable! I have never walked into a nail salon and received such excellent customer service! She walked me through the whole lash process. How they would look and feel. And, even offered to do just one eye to make sure I liked it before I dedicated to it! Not to mention, her brow game is STRONG! I was so mesmerized with how perfectly my lashes came out that I forgot to mention just how perfectly she did my brows. And, another thing, I wasn’t pressured or asked if I wanted any other services than what I asked for! I will be going back when it’s time to refill my lashes! And she’s definitely my new brow girl! It was good for the price I Pais, a little messy, and the woman was a little rough, but for my first time it was nice and the nails look good :) The staff mostly talked in Viet but communication was fine :>
