Princess Nails

I just left this place. The owner is so rude. He is the only one in the shop that does nails….. everyone else is doing pedicures or just painting nails. This causes for a wait time that is ridiculous. The door of the shop clearly says that they close at 7:00, but he was rushing people out and telling them that he didn’t have time to service them for the day at 4:00! I asked to have my eyebrows arched, which he doesn’t even do, and he stated that they didn’t have time for that. I will NEVER return.

As a African American customer, I will not be coming back. The guy, owner of the shop, was overall rough and hurt my cuticles with the drill. Snatching my hands, just very aggressive. He also did my eyebrows after I wanted the woman to do them. He was rough waxing my eyebrows, didn’t sanitize them right and left them swell. By the end my total was $50 but he told me $55 after that and when I asked for a receipt he gave me my money back after I was unsatisfied with my brows. He still did not give my receipt

I will never in my life return to this place. The owner, Lee is so rude and ignorant. I’ve been coming for 5 years and use to love their work. On yesterday I showed Lee what I wanted he instantly said “I don’t know how to do that” I told him “no problem” even though I just wanted my tips painted pink with rhinestones near the cuticles. As you can see he gave me what he wanted. He told me the request I wanted was “too much work.” He gave me chunky, old and outdated nails. He charged me $105 for this set 🤬 Also my daughter got a full set. As she was trying to pick her gel color he yelled at her and said “ma’am I don’t have time for you to pick a color. If I could give this nail salon 0 stars I would. Literally the grossest nail salon I have ever been in. Prime example: the same fingernail clippers one man used to clip my nails he then, while he was still shaping my nails mind you, turned around and used them on himself. No cleaning in between. I'll admit this place was busy today, but I have never had 3 different people do my nails and not once wash their hands in between different customers. My nails were clean with no dirt when I got there, left with dirt under my fingernails. I got a gel manicure but they didn't even If I could give this nail salon 0 stars I would.
