Princess Hair Pizzazz

My daughter came here for a hair appointment with Shaniece last month & let’s say never again . My daughter is still suffering from hair fungus that’s on her scalp . It’s real yellow , puss, and scabbed. I had to take my daughter to the hospital to get liquid antibiotics for her to take . Due to unsanitary products (combs) that were used in her hair . As bad as I want to show my butt in that hair salon , I can’t . So I’m deciding to post a review . Be mindful with who you choose at these hair salons , everyone is not clean ; Clearly ! The best kids salon in town ! The little girls always get treated to royalty ! Braids always neat, shop is clean, nice music it’s a vibe! Check them out you won’t be disappointed oh and book Shaniece

Absolutely not the experience advertised. I originally went online looking for a silk press for my older babygirl and came across this princess pampering experience and decided to surprise and take all three of my girls. When we got there, it was just one person there. We got one up braided ponytail with beads. Another had two braided ponytails with beads and my bigger babygirl wanted a tribal longer braid so we were told , it was extra which was no problem until the braids were cut while putting on the beads which made the look shorter. It was sooo cold I'm the building that we all woke up coughing and not feeling well. It wasn't until the second head was being started that we noticed there was no heat in the building at all. Terrible experience. This is the second time I’ve had that Girl Kayla and I tried not to get her I scheduled with someone else and like before they just reschedule you with another stylist without your consent, which is crazy to me. But my granddaughter was leaving to go out of town and I needed her hair done before she left, so I went ahead and went to the appointment. When I say not even close to what my granddaughter asked for it doesn’t even look like the picture and she asked for twist not braids. She braided her hair and then says oh I thought it would last longer. We are not paying you to think we pay you to give us what we want!! If you could not do the style you should have just said that in the beginning and let someone else do it. My granddaughter was crying because she did not
