I walked in at 7:40pm on a Tuesday. An older, bald gentleman was working. I asked if they take walk ins. He said they were closed. I pointed out on the door where it says they close at 8:30pm on Tuesdays. He said the last appointment is at 7:45...it was not 7:45 yet lol. This guy could have cut my hair in 10min and made money but instead lost a potential long term customer. What a poor attitude to have.

Joe is amazing. He has made my mom look 20 years younger and that's no exaggeration. So many people continuous compliment her on her hair. It's so obviously noticeable. Usually, you lighten your hair when you get older. He didn't do that with my mom, he actually darkened it and it looks amazing on her. I've been taken back by the number of people that have noticed the difference and you can tell they are sincere. All I can say when they complement her is "I know, right"... And the haircut is amazing and as the days wear on it still looks amazing. She has a cowlick on her crown that would always split her hair and show her scalp, between the color and the cut, Joe worked some magic where it doesn't do it anymore. I have found my home salon! Today was my first time going to Princess Hair Designers & i was VERY impressed! Not only is the salon beautiful on the inside, but more importantly, the staff was super welcoming and friendly! Pasquale was my hairdresser and he did a phenomenal job!! I am really happy and he was super nice! I recommend everyone to go. You won't be disappointed!
