Princess Hair Braiding

I use to love going to princess but the people inside has changed. It seems as if they just want your money without having the care for their customers. The front part of the head will be beautiful but the back will have loose braids and coming out within a few weeks but want to charge full price I no longer go there I hope they start loving their craft and not just the money

If I could give them zero stars I would. I asked for kinky twist and got short senegalese twist. I have only had my braids one week and they keep falling out. I have lost about 8 to 10 braids. I don't care if this is the last shop standing in all of Michigan, I am not going back. DO yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE! I ran my fingers through my braids and they just fell out. I am so disgusted!

Driving home from an appointment where the braider stood my daughter up on her birthday. I saw princess braiding and called immediately and they said they can do my daughter's hair now. Took 2.5 hours and I love the results. I don't know why some reviews say they are mean. I had no issues. We talked and they even added the jewels my daughter had to her hair. I will return.

The one star is for the friendly people that worked there. Outside of that I’ll never return to this place again. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my hair braided and I’m so upset I wasted so much time and money only to be taking this style down the very next day

I been going to Princess Hair braiding for years, and I must say their attitudes have gotten worst. They need to learn America hair etiquette, they have lost a customer but with their attitude I don't think they care. I would NEVER refer anyone to them, Go to MaMa's where they appreciate their customers.
