What a phenomenal experience. I had Kaylee, and she was amazing. The scalp massage was so in depth and deep, and the upper body massages and face massages were so amazing. My scalp and face feel so clean and soft, and I feel incredibly relaxed after having this scalp cleanse done. Princess beauty really made me feel pampered here. I have been calling this location many times in the last two days. I never got a return call back so I stopped by because They said they accept walk ins. I came in today. I wasn't sure of which facial to book, because they have so much facials to choose from. I do have hyperpagmentation on my face which shouldn't be a problem. So I came in and showed the worker my skin, and she turned me away and said that I need to go to the doctor and she's scared that I may sue her If she may damage her skin. I was actually shocked, embarrassed, and insulted. I'm not sure if other clients may have tried to threaten to sue her.But that wasn't my case. I already let her know that I've been to plenty of dermatologists, and all I did was one to have a facial because I have really dry skin. I didn't even ge

My very first time here, and it was such an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! The whole time I felt so comfortable, The esthetician was very mindful of everything she did, she took her time and made this experience so wonderful! I felt like a little girl, like how my grandmother use to wash and brush my hair as a kid, so thoughtful and great intentions when holding my hair. I also, got a mini facial and it felt so soothing. I can’t wait to come back, my body and mind feel so refreshed. This is the best therapy, I really enjoyed my experience and I feel so grateful to have this be my first time doing this type of treatment! I got the 90 minutes shampoo head spa relaxing including mini facial and foot therapy.

Wonderful Experience! The Esthetician Kaylee is very sweet and she focused on the small details and loved the cozy atmosphere. Warm shampoo scenting and soft sweet aroma throughout the spa. I was quite relaxed and enjoyed my time there! Will definitely be coming back! She also replied to me I’m in a timely manner and even got me in earlier when I added a treatment. Very good customer service and communication!

Best spot to do all your skin care, waxing and head spa needs. Their facial service was the best I’ve been too. My mom also did the head spa which she loves a lot. They provide excellent service and make you feel welcome and at home. I would recommend this spot to all my friends and family.
