Princess African Hair Braiding

I have been to many different hair braiding places but Princess African Hair is the best! I thought getting six people in my hair and getting out fast was what was up but OMG it looked a hot mess.. She’s skilled and professional ..and my hair was done with love and LOOKS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! It’s been up one month and looks like I did it yesterday.. I got goddess braids and i’m taking my daughter for twist with Boho because I know it will be done right and look amazing.. But do not take my word for it if you’re looking to get your hair, braided or twist or even your natural hair done this is the shop to go to!! i’ll take quality over quantity any day!!!

What I asked for VS what I got. Total price $175. $20 for washing, $130 for the actual MESS. $10 for beads and $15 to put it in. I sent a picture, picture obviously looks like STICH BRAIDS, instead of her saying UPFRONT she doesn’t do stitch braids, she does whatever it is she did in my child’s hair. Even regular parting doesn’t look good, no baby hair NOTHING! The hair already looks 3 days old and this pic was just taken. And That’s my daughter’s birthday hair. LIVID IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME !! My son was over charged for a natural twisted style. The prices quoted are informed differently. The style looks as if he had it done for about a wk. Very rude and inconsiderate when I called to inform her. Especially since I told her he was a teenager. Could’ve had some form of empathy. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I went to Princess and got my hair braided yesterday it was the worst experience. That I ever had in getting my hair braided professionally. They are very rude people I called to see if I needed to make an appointment are walk in I seen that they opened at 9:00am so I called to see when was the best time to come princess told me 10:00am so I showed up at 10:15 when I walked in I sat down princess told me to take off my cap I did then another lady told me to say down in a chair so I did the whole time that she was braiding my hair she was on the phone the when she get off the phone she begins to text unprofessional after she get done she asked Princess how much to charge me she told her 60 Dollars and that was just braiding straight back and no designs and my hair is coming undone 😡

Love my braids don’t get me wrong, super neat & get a lot compliments ..., the reason why I gave this review is because I called both times & asked what time they opened, they’ve told me 9 am. I know people have lives, but I’ve came both time to get my hair done before 9 & they weren’t open. They don’t show up until 10 a.m. I’ve seen people leave & all. I just wish they would give a time & stick with it, other than that, braids are nice
