Very unprofessional and rude. First I had to wait outside in the cold because no one was there at the time of my appointment. Second when princess arrived she proceeded to have a conversation with 2 other people and she began eating. Once she finally started my hair she was pulling and tugging at my hair causing me to get a headache. Third I requested knotless but got something else instead. I informed her regarding this matter she re started over 3 times and still didn’t do it right. Once I requested the service to be canceled due to me not getting the style I requested she told me that I will not be getting any money back mind you i paid 360 for small butt length knotless.

The place is nice, this my second time coming back for box braids the first time I had twist and love them both. She have a nice deal going on for all styles for only $160.She also have great customer service and is very nice. If you need your hair done this the right place to go.

I got the soft lock crochets and I love them!! Princess and Gizzy were very nice and professional. I will definitely go back.

Princess and gisi are very sweet ladies. Im fro Florida and i have been here for two years . I finally found someone to keep my hair in a protective style year around!!!

I love going to the shop Mama princess and one of her worker did my twist for me,I really love my hair.They did a wonderful job.I would recommend everyone to go there.The shop is clean and when you get your hair done you can look at yourself as they are doing the work.I just love it Keep up the good work.I will be back.
