EXTENSION WEARERS BEWARE!!! I came in for a dry style and besides not styling it the way I asked she sprayed an OIL BASED texture spray all over my hair which included the extentions tape. Wore a hat to the gym the next day and when I took it off 8 extentions came out. Obviously this is upsetting as it’s not cheap to have extentions! I already left one review for the business which they promptly deleted so we’ll see if they publish this one…🙄 UPDATE: To the owner of the business: I tried calling to discuss directly with you and no one answers the phone and your business does not have a voicemail system to leave a message. Feeling down after a recent surgery, I decided to make an appointment at Primp and Blow for a bit of a pick-me-up. The salon itself is very elegant, beautifully decorated and equipped with things like ceiling-hung blow dryers. I immediately felt relaxed and pampered. I asked for a shampoo & blow dry, with an add-on service of a head massage. Let me tell you, that head massage is the Ultimate, with soft spa music playing in the background. This salon is on the pricy side but well worth it for a special “Me” treat. Note: they also offer wedding/prom ‘dos, makeup sessions and more. I will definitely be back to sample more of their offerings.

I went in on Saturday, 1/3/26 for a bllowout and makeup session, so first of all- not cheap. I'd like to add that I've been to this location before with good experiences and great results for hair and makeup. I had a few ideas as I was going to a quinceneara that night. I was met at the front desk with a very flat "welcome in" that seemed kind of rude. I checked in and same rude girl was my stylist. Kahley (spelling?) took me over to her station and asked what I wanted. I told her I wanted hollywood curls with once side clipped back in a barrette (I had the barrette.) Immediately she said, "I can't do that, I don't have time. And the barrette and using a hot tool will be extra." I said ok....why don't we have time, it's like a 90 minute appointment. Unfortunately, my experience at this salon was very bad. I clearly showed them both a photo and a video of what I wanted, but the final result looked nothing like what I asked for. They pulled my hair very hard, which caused a lot of pain and damage. I had to come back a second time for fixing, and still the work was not done properly. I paid the full amount, and even the setting/holding was not done correctly. In the end, my hair was just damaged with no good result. I do not recommend this salon at all. If there was an option for less than one star, I would choose it.

Lily was so sweet and did a great job on my hair and makeup! I felt beautiful and literally had no idea what I wanted when I walked in. She asked a few questions and made me look great for my engagement photos! I will be going back to her for my wedding!
