Very friendly staff!! My hair turned out amazing! A little thicker than I’d like but that’s okay. They did a great job and are very skilled! And their communication is great too! Definitely recommend this hair braiding salon and will be returning!!!

I booked an appointment weeks in advance for 5:30am on 2/23/26 and arrived a few minutes early. The sign said open, but the lights were off and no one was there. At 5:30, there was still no one inside. I called and the lady said she was a few minutes away. About 10 minutes later she arrived, but she didn’t have the correct key, so she had to leave again. She was gone for another 15 minutes. I didn’t actually get in the chair until around 6:15am. Once I was finally seated, they didn’t even have the hair color I requested. While starting the back of my head, the braider told me there was an additional $20 charge for small knotless braids, which I was never informed about before the appointment. Another braider came in to finish the rest of my hair. She was rough and rude the entire time. S

To start off, the ONLY thing that is saving this review is how kind two ladies were to me. Im assuming the owner and another braider that had to step in on my hair. I brought kinky hair because my hair is kinky and unravels easy with regular braiding hair. I told the lady and showed her an entire video of how i wanted my hair. Accomplished with KINKY HAIR i heard teeth smacking and saw head shaking. I asked for MEDUIM twists because i had no time to be there all day. She decided to tell me that since MY hair was too heavy and think and long that she had to do smaller sections because of this and yada yada. So i immediately get pissed. The snatching of my hair (she literally broke a comb because she wasnt coming it right) and stabbing me just to part it. I put up with it until it hit 12:30.

Another business canceled on me and this place got me in right away same day! After that, I’ve since been there three times and have had the best experiences, will be back. Quick at braiding hair and fair prices.

Service here was horrible. I sent a picture of style requested and was told a price because it was small. No problem. However that was not what was given. Large parts and I told the lady I want them small she refused and told me she was only doing the front small. Absolutely unacceptable then she chopped the hair up. I’m not sure how she is allowed to do hair she has absolutely no idea what she’s doing and she definitely didn’t care to listen to me the paying client. I told this to the owner and nothing is being done about this mess of a style I have to deal with now.
