Prime Nail & Spa

They did a cute job on my dip manicure with gel polish, but 2 days later all the gel polish they put on top of my nails has completely peeled off on every finger….. TWO DAYS LATER!!! (the photos were taken yesterday - one day after the manicure. By today, there is nothing left on any of my nails. It was not picked off, and I did not do anything different than I usually do during the day that would make this happen). What a waste of time and money 😠

Less than ideal experience at this salon, which was recommended to me as an option since I am visiting from out of state, by a family member. Got a dip powder manicure initially which did not meet expectations (poor filing job, bumpy appearance). When I returned for a fix with a solid color and chrome overlay, the customer service left much to be desired to say the least. The nail job this time was better, but I felt extremely uncomfortable and was treated as if I was asking for heaven on earth. Will not be returning.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences form Prime nails. Pam, Kim, Lily and Lorelei have all done my nails, my moms or my daughters’. Not only is the nail experience perfection, the conversations had and personable experiences have been next level! If you haven’t made the decision to make an appointment you are truly missing out!

They do the best work and it’s affordable! All the girls are talented I don’t have specific tech! I love this place!

I just left the nail salon, and my nails look really bad. I got a simple gel manicure with a plain green color, no design, but the shape is bulky and uneven. Maybe it was the person I went to, but I'm really disappointed. It looks like I'll have to spend another $60 at a different salon to get them fixed because they didn't do it right. Really a waste of time!!!!
