Love my experience! I was greeted by the friendliest staff. Her smile was contagious and beautiful 😃. My Nurse Isabella was awesome! She was able to start my IV like a well experienced nurse. Her kindness and professionalism spoke volumes ))))))))))❤️. The massage chair was the best! I fell asleep from such great comfort and the time flew by fast. The experience was relaxing and welcoming. Thanks to everyone and job well done !!! I will definitely be back as I now have a membership 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😃😃😃

I LOVE Prime IV Valpo! I originally went in on my doctors reco to support B vitamin levels. Prime IV offers the active form of B12 that other places don’t. The experience was so relaxing and delightful. Flavored electrolyte water and a warm welcome at check-in, fabulous explanation of all offerings, massage chairs and complimentary oxygen therapy! I feel noticeably better after IV therapy and quickly signed up as a member so I can enjoy the benefits at least monthly. Everyone there is so fabulous but I must call out Isabelle who made me feel so comfortable my first time in (and always does!) She’s a pro with the IVs - don’t feel a thing! I look forward to my appointments!

My husband surprised me for my birthday with IV therapy and we absolutely loved the experience. Asia was our nurse and she was amazing— so kind, professional, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. The place was beautiful, super clean, and such a relaxing vibe. The massage chairs were an unexpected bonus and they were seriously incredible. 10/10 experience-can't wait to come back!

This was my first time and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff was great from the moment the I walked in until I left. The service was outstanding and Asia gave me advice on which service was best for me and my goals. It was so relaxing that I made 2 more appointments. Highly recommend!

Top notch facility. Calm, quiet, serene & relaxing. All the ladies were friendly and helpful. My nurse listened to my concerns and gave her suggestions and explained in detail to make sure I understood and allowed me to make my own choice. There were no pushy tactics. Just options. I will 100% be back and bring my daughter. Thanks everyone for a great experience!!!
