Overly expensive for the bare minimum. I went there once and never went back. My only regret was not asking for the price again before she started my hair. But in my defense I did call a day or two before to ask about the price. The price over the phone was completely different than what was given in person.

So I live for giving reviews on Google that are both good and bad. I'm going to give you a LEGITTTT REVIEW about this place. I initially walked in to inquire about getting my hair done on a different day the following week. Today I went to get my hair done. I was greeted by Gracey which I believe is the store owner. It was around 9:30am. The shop was clean and there were no roaches seen during my entire visit. Gracey was open to using the products that I brought with me and educated me on what ingredients are not good/good for my hair type. The wash was very much so worth it as well and the scrubbing was just right. I am a black woman and I want to reassure other black woman that THIS WOMAN KNOWS PROPER HAIR CARE FULLY. My experience at this location was not so great. The customer service was okay, And the owner Gracey charged me $155 for a blowout. The location is not a luxury salon, it’s a typical small Dominican salon business. When I had asked for an itemized billed to further clarify the reason of the high price. Gracey took about 15 minutes to provide me with the itemized bill and I could tell she was a little upset because I had asked for clarification. On the bill, she had charged me $90 for regular wash “NO DEEP CONDITIONER” just a REGULAR WASH, detangle that took her about less than 10 minutes and blowout, $30 TO PASS THE FLAT IRON, and $30 TO CUT MY ENDS. Then had the audacity to say next time I come the prices won’t be as high. I told her “I wouldn’t be coming back”. The prices at Prime Salon

I do not know what they have going on in there but it’s a mess. Not only do they have roaches but my hair was super thick and when I went there it started thinning and falling out I’ve been there twice and after the second time never again. I doubted it was them that made my hair thin, returned a second time and the results were even worse

I don't know why they charge different prices for the same service. Every time is more and more. I understand if they did something about the flies and roach infestation they have. I can't even bring my purse with me because they want to crawl in. They do okay hair, but not worth the money.
