Kel is a wonderful massage therapist! I have been her client for about 10 months and visit her on a monthly basis. It is obvious she loves what she does and wants her clients to feel better. I feel like she really listens during our consultation before the massage and attends to all my issues during the massage. She is able to give an effective deep-tissue massage without making me sore, which seems to be rare in my experience with other therapists. She is professional but is still personable, warm, and friendly. She is very generous with her knowledge and offers tips for stretching and things to help with my issues in between our sessions. I cannot stress how amazing my massage was with Kel! I’ve had massages before but they couldn’t compare to the whole experience I had here. She really worked on all of my problem areas and I’ve felt relief unlike I have ever felt. I was in total relaxation through the whole journey and never wanted it to end. This was my first visit to Prickly Pear. Kel's booth is in a busy salon, but the environment was still relaxing and private-feeling. Kel was very professional and attentive to my needs. This was the first massage (I've visited 5 metro area salons for massages) where I felt certain muscle spots were targeted effectively. It seemed Kel knows anatomy well and understands where muscles were located to effectively eliminate knots/tightness. I was so impressed! As a bonus, I was able to use a $10 off coupon I got off Facebook. Would highly recommend seeing Kel if you are looking for a great quality massage!

After 15 years of PT and massage for back pain, I have NEVER experienced anything like this. Add the stretching add-on, trust me. Kel treats her job as an art and she has mastered it. I’ll never go anywhere else as long as I live in Oklahoma! I have more neck mobility after my first session than I’ve had in years.
