As I have traveled to both the Vidalia and Valdosta store locations, I have experienced great customer service. The stores were neat, clean, and organized. They have everything you need and more compared to other hair stores I have visited. I would recommend these stores to anyone who lives in these places or close by. I also feel highly welcomed and feel as though my services are greatly appreciated!

I live like 30 minutes away from here and they close at 6. It was already after 5 when I called and asked if they had the type of hair I needed in stock, so I wouldn’t make a blank trip (GAS IS HIGH THESE DAYS!) And also nowhere else around me had the type of hair needed. The girl gone tell me over the phone “Well if you leave now you can make it” I just hung up because why you act like it was so hard to just say “Yes or no” on the hair and why you tryna tell me about my gas mileage. You don’t know anybody car situation. You cannot support all small businesses and this is one that will NEVER get my business or support. I truly wish the hairstore next to Little Ceasers get their roof fixed QUICK, because this place is not it. Also on one day that I did go their wigs mostly looks like someon

I called for a pricing so I can send my assistant with the money to purchase the hair. They told me they don’t give pricing over the phone. This is definitely not a scam and I’ve previously visited the store and it’s definitely over priced. One day the hair I usually get was $34 the next week it was $74

I purchased a human hair wig for $175 and the lace is horrible. The sad thing is you can’t return it. This was a waste of my money 😡😤 and another thing with it is that you can’t return only do a middle part. This is ridiculous.
