Pretty on Park

I had a great experience today at pretty on park! It was my first time in, they had a great deal for a 45$ mani pedi. Since I got 3 or more colors it was an additional 5$. I thought it was affordable and a very clean environment. The lady took her time on my nails and used hot stones on my legs which felt very nice. I also got my eyebrows done and she did an awesome job! I will be coming back.

Pretty on Park is my go-to in Rochester! They always do an amazing job and get me in and out quickly. Sophia, Jing, and the whole staff is so lovely!! I can not recommend them enough. :)

I am a happily returning customer for my 3rd year in a row now. The longevity of the powder dip is staggering - even 5 months later most of it still remains! Same powder dip from another salon was coming off the following week. Wonderfully pleasant staff and always a great experience.

Owner does a great job acknowledging my needs. My main girl is Jing but when she's not there they still accommodate me. I lost both of my big toe nails while working, they have done a great job rebuilding them and making sure they grow healthy again. I like to try new colors, style and cat eyes on my finger nails. They always show me what's new and I love it. I have gone more than a month with my gel x while on vacation and THEY DON'T BREAK, FALL OFF , LIFT OR CHIP! I can't say enough good things about this place. I just love it! Edit: I continue loving this place, now I have a second favorite, Sophia !

Called this location around 5 PM to ask them if they can do a removal of gel X nails. I was told that they could. I made it to the location although they were very nice, the person they had remove my nails was not nice when it came to actually removing them. While they did cut the nails down (which I didn't mind), and they did soak the gel polish off, (which was normal), when he used the e-file, there were several times when he was filing that it started to burn, which means either he's filing my actual nail plate down too low or it's too hot. Imagine my surprise when I get back to my hotel, my nail beds are red and pink. I cannot put them under any sort of water or soap. Everything hurts! I got my nails removed to get them redone and now I can't get them redone because my nail beds are to
