Pretty Nails - Troy

Edit- I returned the next day to get my nails fixed, since they offered to do so. I had Eric this time and he did a great job fixing my nails I had got done the day prior. Once he took the old polish off under and around my nails are very stained from the marbling. He did the best he could to clean them up. I appreciate them being able to fix my nails as I was very unsatisfied. I suppose you just have to be very particular about who is doing your service here. I have been to pretty nails a few times over the past year and each time I have left very disappointed. The salon is very pretty and an enjoyable environment to be in, which is why I have came back hoping for a better nail experience each time. EDIT: regarding the salons response below- the “rings of fire” I was referring to wasn’t a sensation. I do not have allergies or sensitivities to certain products. I was referring to the deep grooves carved into my nails plates, cause by aggressive over filing of the cuticles during my service here. I’ve attached more up close pictures of the damage, including a side profile that shows how deep into my nail plates the carving goes. I came here a few weeks ago to get my nails done for graduation. I paid $84 for gel-x (plus additional for tip). A couple of my nails were crooked by at least 5 degrees, and my cuticles looked terrible after. Just visited the new Pretty Nails in Troy. It is stunning! Beautiful gold and white decor. Very elegant! The service I got from Hannah, the owner was exceptional. Every staff member is so friendly. Kim the receptionist has a delightful personality. Jai, the manager is great and has also done a great job on my pedicure at their Tipp City store. An added perk was a yummy and refreshing flavored soda with whipped cream. Visit their new location! Highly recommended. ❤️

Wow! This is the most pristine nail salon I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! Easy online booking and check in, free water, pop, wine, mimosas, any alcoholic beverage you can think of can be served! No need to go anywhere else from now on! I even got a thank you gift on my way out! 36 pedicure lounge chairs and 30 nail stations!

You won’t find a better nail salon! Min especially never fails to impress me with his attention to detail, and overall care he pours into his work. These spooky nails speak for themselves! 😍
