Got me in right away for dip powder. Asked for coffin shape, tech got the manager to tell me that she couldn't do it because my nails weren't right for that shape and that I would like almond (I literally came in with short coffin nails). Each nail ended up a different shape and two cracked completely in half later that day. I went and got them redone immediately elsewhere.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Do NOT go here. Literally every red flag in the book. This is how they LEFT ME. First of all, no lining of the pedicure tubs. Second they use the giant cheese graters 🚩 which have been shown to be hard to disinfect and actually make calluses worse. Then the nails. I had press ons which I tried multiple times to explain would just soak off in water. I then tried to show that they could pop off and the woman said a stern no and SHUSHED ME. They proceeded to sand off the top layer of the plastic and cut my cuticle so I was LITERALLY BLEEDING. then put ACETONE over my cut cuticle with the tinfoil and I had to ask them to not do that TWICE. I was literally shaking and crying. And the fact we still paid for this service is absurd. No refund and they

Jimmy did an amazing job. Normal gel nails are looking perfect almost 2 weeks later! He was super detailed and I didn’t feel rushed :)
