I am a cosmetologist so I know how to properly do nails. Technically they did a good job on my friend's and I's nails. However when I sat down to first start the station was dirty. The nail tech did not clean it, he just wiped the dust off with his hand. My friend's nail tech was very rude and yelled at her the whole time about her cuticles. My friend got French tips just past the finger tip and manicure for $110. I got acrylic extensions with gel color. For $86. This is the simplest I have ever had my nails but the most expensive. I would have hated to see the price for what I normally do. Looking at their online service menu neither of us should have paid as much as we did. I normally do my own nails but sometimes it's nice to let someone else to do it for convenience reasons but this

I was visiting from Atlanta, looking for a nice place to get a manicure and pedicure. We arrived on a Tuesday around 2:00. The pedicure was $81 with Gel polish (they have cheaper options price pic is attached). I do not have any complaints on the pedicure. He did a great job and my friend enjoyed his as well. I did have issues with getting my nails done. We asked twice if my nails could be done while I was getting the pedicure since there were several staff who were not taking care of anyone and that is a great way to save time. I thought it was very odd that they refused to do this. I've never been to a salon where that was not an option. Secondly, I was told that I would need to find my own dipping powder to match my the color of my gel pedicure. If one of the staff would have considered

What I let down. I have come to this establishment total of 20 times maybe. I am new to the Goldsboro area. I came and received a fill in service this past Sunday on Mother’s Day. I thought I had a great service until my nail broke three days later. I returned to the establishment just for them to tell me that I would have to pay $7 for them to repair my nail. I was very confused and they told me to read the policy. I just did not understand. Why do I have to pay for something that’s supposed to last at least a week. Pretty salon pretty tables, pretty chairs, but poor customer service. I would not recommend anyone come here if this is how you’re gonna treat your customers.

First time experience. Absolutely love my gel set. Everything was so spot on to what I wanted. Thank you so much Ana!

The service was great and the prices reasonable. Although some of the workers didn’t realize I could understand their language and I do not appreciate their shit talk. But the did the exact design I wanted for my nails and they were very good at it.
