Stopped in close to closing one day last month, they were friendly and accommodating for a fill in and design. Went back for another fill with design and pedicure! Tony was willing to try out my design and nailed it! Thank you! Will be a returning customer!

Bad Neil tech, I got a young lady that did a messy work. I paid $40 for her to paint my toe nails so messy!

Can I leave a negative star? First time going to Pretty Nails so I figured I ask for easy design. I usually let them do their thing on a first visit without saying much to see what is their normal. Was an older lady and gentlemen which thought strange because friday before Mother's Day is a busy day. Told it was 2 hour wait. While waiting 4 people left that came before me. The older guy started my pedicure. I asked him if the design was doable and he said yes. Pedicure was ok. The older lady did a regular French on the toes. She was going to leave the white on the sides without cleaning it up till I said something. The toes look ok. The fill in with gel top is a different story. The fill in part was fast and efficient. Never hit my cuticles or caused pain. But left on some tiny specks of

Me and my daughter go there all the time. Their really nice. And they do good work. We're regulars. We have been to other salons but always wind up back here. Nice environment.

I’m from Miami, but I was on vacation and I really needed a refill. So I found this place nearby before continuing my road trip. The pedicure was pretty okay, no complaints there. However, my acrylic gel refill is lumpy & sloppy. The older woman (whom I assume was the owner) filed my nails all crooked & continuously kept cutting my cuticles with the electric filer. I don't recommend them at all. They’re unprofessional.
