Pretty Nails

I'm new in town and went to this salon as an emergency. I had two nails that needed to be repaired and all the other salons were busy. First impression walking in was that the space was very cluttered. The lady who did my toes, literally took skin off! My toes were bleeding on both feet. I posted pictures of the finished look. She cut one toenail way shorter than the other. I won't be surprised if I get my first ingrown toenail from this horrendous pedicure. I'm also not sure if the tools that were used on my BLEEDING toes were disposed of, so that is totally a sanitary RED FLAG. Spa pedicure prices and nothing spa about it, no wax, no warm towels, NOTHING. I don't even want to talk about my nails, just look at the picture. I will NEVER recommend going to this salon. Absolutely no. Do not recommend. There’s parts she drilled too hard, they’re crooked, they’re lumpy, there’s sns powder cured to my fingers and my cuticles, and she did 0 cuticle prep at all. Like didn’t trim them or anything. And the space is very run down and not inviting at all and the tools she used were so old and crusty. Didn’t look sanitary. The buffer she used was quite literally crumbling apart as she used it as if it were dry rotted.

I love this place, Kim and Ena are the sweetest ladies ever, they have worked my manicure and pedicure for years! I moved to Concord 5 years ago and now I have to drive to Mooresville 40 minutes every time I need my nails done and is worthy! I’ve tried other places but I end up going back to them

paid $65 for my 12 yr old daughter to get gel on her nails and pedicure. 3 days after gel peeled off her nails toes looked a mess. took a photo for kim to see a time stamp as we were on vacation. when we got back I called her and told about it and her statement was I will fix 1-2. girl all my daughters fingeers were jacked up and she would not repaint them. poor customer service!

Extremely poor hygiene. Will never go here again. Tools are not sanitize. I should have walked right out. Paid $45 for a quick foot scrub and massage. They are not clean whatsoever. Beware see for yourself. The lady was nice
