Pretty Nails

Went there expecting good service and left very disappointed, apart from it being expensive they take their sweet time and if you are planning on getting French tips watch their every move because they left mines thick and unpleasant looking. Not only that but I got acrylics and they put them on so cricked and got mad when I told them to fix it. I also got my eyebrows waxed and the lady got some wax in my hair then proceeded to tell me with washing it would go away, but it took me about 2 hours trying to take it off . Moral of the story don’t go there it’s very expensive bad customer service and not careful. Never going back !

Came back to this place out of convenience for the second time and they are still the worst. I simply wanted my gel nails removed and the tech took an HOUR+ and still couldn’t remove all of the gel. She had to have another nail tech finish the job, who was just as bad. When the first tech cut my nails down, she cut them uneven on each hand and the tech who took over wouldn’t even shape them evenly. I didn’t want a manicure, just needed them removed and evenly shaped and that task was beyond them. Definitely my last time coming here.

The staff were great. Very professional and friendly. I appreciate a relaxed atmosphere, and my nails were A-1!! My 2nd time going and I will be back

I’ve tried this place a few times. The people are nice but they need stronger glue or a technique that prevents nails from popping off like press-ons. Every single time I get a new set of nails here, they pop off in about a week. Every time. That never happens anywhere else. So for that reason, I won’t return anymore. Instead of getting a fill in, I always have to get nails replaced or a new full set. They need to invest in better products.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and professional this location is. I especially loved how Donna interacted with me and treated me like a person. They have secured my business! She took really good care of clipping my toenails and my foot massage was EVERYTHING!!
