Pretty Nails

I was initially worried about this place seeing all the negative views, but that changed when I came here the Saturday before last. I wasn’t sure about the quality or the prices, so I booked an appointment for a Saturday morning. Knowing well that is peak time for most salons, I walked in expecting rush jobs, long waits, & the need by staff to try add on unnecessary services. Boy I was wrong. Sure, there was a ten minute wait, but it wasn’t very long. I’ve waited much longer at other salons to manicures and pedicures. My nail tech was great. She didn’t rush any part of the process, or was stingy when it came to applying products. Almost two weeks, and my nails look great. I do a good job of self maintenance (Lotion, Cuticle Oil, & wearing gloves when cleaning). Still, those things alone ca

I love this place. I have been coming here for 15 years for gel manicure and pedicure. The staff is very friendly. Your appointment time is your appointment time. Here and there I had to wait 5-10 minutes. They are all family here and they treat you as family.

Made appointment at 11. Waited over 15 minutes and no one even checked me in. Then I was told I had to come back because they got busy. Made new appointment for 2 and ignored again. Walked out after 15 minutes. They take all walk-ins and do not honor appointments. What a waist of time. Over an hour of my driving time for nothing

my nails are all different shapes and sizes it’s chunky not even and very ugly i asked for almond and i got i don’t even know what to call them. this place is horrible he was very un gentle and burnt my hand with the rag that was stained. my nail had hair on it. he sneezed on my hand. and very expensive for what i got. do not ever go to pretty nails.

This is only my second time getting acrylic nails. This time i got a gel refill. I will say the quality of how the technitian shaped my nails was great (the place i got them originally, didn't shave down the underneath) and i was happy with that part of the service. Although she did not really clean up my cuticles, which is why im assuming i got knicked on THREE different fingers. I was originally kinda fine with it but people have been telling me you should never get cut up that bad. My fingers are inflamed now so its a little upsetting. Pics are a day after i got them done they were visably bleeding while i was in the store but im not one to fuss.
