Pretty Nails

Made 3 of my fingers bleed, very rough and paid more attention to what was going on outside the shop than to my nails.

won’t be back. nails look terrible. the man doing them was nothing but rude he told us we can’t talk because then he can’t focus then he told me to move across the salon so i would stop talking to my sister. he didn’t do a design because he couldn’t focus.

As shown in the picture i went and got a black and white set, these nails were left bulky and messy. they did handle my hands rough but we’re trying to make them look nice, they just kinda failed. one of the pictures shows that the black nail polish didn’t fully set before adding the top coat and it left a bubble of polish under that popped. i didn’t even know that was possible.

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. My daughter and I went and I got a pedicure and she got a manicure. The lady that did mine kept cutting my nails off and filing them till there wasn't anything left. Rude horrible customer service. When they were curing my polish she dropped the light on my nail and it messed it up, didn't try and fix it I said something and still got charged full price for it, another lady came over and attempted to fix it and apologized but the original lady was so mad. I can't speak whatever language they spoke but I just know she was cussing me out and staring me down in the mirror with daggers in her eyes. Left with a gash sill in my polish. Could go in and on, daughter had a terrible experience on her mani as well. First time and last time I'll come here.

The guy that did my nails was rude as hell and didnt listen to what I wanted when I told him there was bubbles in my nails he said its fine the top coat will fix it to top it off I wanted all my nails the teal color and the ring fingers cow print design he did white and said that he doing what on the photo and to bad never will be back
