Pretty Nails Bar

Took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done. The customer service was amazing. The nail techs were awesome and their attention to details on the artwork my daughter and her friend wanted was spot on. The cost was spot on. I felt maybe it was a little too low for their work they put in. They even stayed past close to make sure both the girls where happy with the work on their nails. Definitely will recommend! Try this place, we will be back!

I took a chance as a walk into a salon I had never been to before. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got me in and they did a beautiful job on my nails. I will definitely continue using them for maintaining my nails as well as try their other services.

After my first visit was a complete disappointment, I decided to give this salon another chance only because it is close to my house. Unfortunately, the second experience was even worse. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt very unprofessional. Staff members were speaking about clients among themselves in a disrespectful way, and I did not feel welcomed. I asked for a technician with experience, but I was assigned someone who seemed frustrated from the start. All I asked for was a simple white nail color, yet she repeatedly said she didn’t understand what I wanted, raised her voice while responding to me, and continued talking about me to her coworkers. The best nail place in Arizona! Best place I’ve ever been to actually in any state! This is my go to spot for the past several months. I used to try new places because I could never find a good nail salon. Now I don’t go anywhere else. Belle for my nails and Susan for feet. Omg Best experience ever and my nails and toes always look PERFECT! Everyone here is very kind and professional. The facility is beautiful and everything is clean. The massage chairs always work good, unlike some other places. They also have drinks like water, soda, I think Celsius etc…. The girl that works at the desk is also very sweet. I just love this place so much!
