Pretty Nail

This place was terrible. I went for an emergency as one of my acrylics was about to come off. I walked in specifying I wanted a pedicure and fill in. I was told to sit down to do my toes as soon as I walked in. Great. As I’m doing my toes I’m then told they don’t do acrylic. Which I specifically mentioned when I walked in. I was told they did dip powder. If dip powder is something you’re peddling, it would be safe to assume it is something you are good at. My nails look anything but professionally done. I could’ve done them better myself. I did them about 6 hours ago and after a shower the gel is starting to lift. Luckily my place had an opening next week which I’ll be keeping by.

Went here as an emergency for a simple manicure and pedicure on Thursday and by Saturday my nails looked like this. The place was freezing cold. No heat. The owner was annoyed I asked her to turn on the space heater they had on the floor. The service was horrible. $45 for a shot job.

I have been looking for a nail place close to my home since moving up here from Long Island. I found Pretty Nail and decided to give it a try. Kim and Miriam were so friendly, welcoming, and Miriam did an amazing job on my pedicure. She didn't rush and made sure the color was what I wanted before finishing the rest of my nails. The color stayed on and there were no missed spots or streaks. I will definitely be coming back here.

I tried Pretty Nails today for the first time and I have to say it was a nice experience. Kim and her staff are all friendly. They did a great job. I found my place to get my nails and feet done.

Second time to get pedicure and my last. My idea of pedicure is getting my feet pampered fo at least 20 minutes. Took less 10 minutes no message grumpy insufficient girl had not a clue. Been getting pedicures 20 years some are better than others. This was the worst and had nerve to charge $20.00. Will never go back plus the place is filthy dirty
