Pretty Nail Spa

I called in advance to make mani / pedi appointments for my granddaughter and me. The lady suggested a time. When we arrived, the salon was full with more customers than technicians. I asked if we should reschedule. They said no. Ultimately, a man gave my granddaughter a manicure by herself and later assigned personnel to give the two of us pedicures. I never received a manicure. The salon kept accepting new people who arrived after we had. Bottom line: this salon overbooks and doesn’t honor scheduled appointments. Instead of being relaxed, I was frustrated.

Best nail salon E.V.E.R Have been going here for over a year and I highly recommend it. Pricing on par with other salons but here they have the best customer service and really care about their clients and will make sure you are happy with results. Tran does amazing work! Love! 💕

My daughter and I are now repeat clients. I got my nails done at another place for my birthday and they did a HORRIBLE job. So I went to Pretty Nail Spa and not only did they fix the terrible set I had (or what was left of them) but they also charged WAY less than the other nail place. We came back and they out did themselves again!! We did the magnetic colors today and they look great! I showed them an idea I wanted and they didn't disappoint! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We made appointments for mani pedis. We asked multiple times if we could all get them done at the same time, they said yes, then they left out one of us, the kid of everyone who doesn’t understand and felt left out and just had to watch all of us. They did a okay job, the paint looks great, and was the first time someone didn’t cut me while doing my cuticles. We were pretty annoyed they charged for a manicure when all they did was paint them on 3 of the 4 of us; they didn’t do filing, didn’t even out the nails at all, or do cuticles or massage, nothing. The pedicures were okay, definitely have had better service. Also, when leaving, we showed a bring a friend coupon for 10% off, then they said they had a better coupon for us if we left a 4 or 5 star review, (which they showed us online a
