Love my manicure! I was looking for a fall color, and he suggested this mood polish in autumn colors, like old-school mood rings, changes with temperatures. Finally something fun about hot flashes!

The space is beautiful and staff is polite but the lady who did my nails was rough and rushed. My nails were uneven and I asked several times for her to fix the length and although she tried they still are very uneven. I paid for a manicure because I wanted my cuticles cared for. She put my hand in plain cold water for less than a minute and cut my cuticles roughly. She didn’t apply oil or anything. The paint was messy and missing spots! Another person tried their best to fix it and put oil on my cuticles. I paid $70 for this result 😭 the guy who fixed my nails said I could ask her to fix next time but I asked her to fix it so many times while she was doing them and I feel like I’m paying someone who trained for their job! If it was a hard design I’d understand but it was a simple French T

I’ve been coming to this place for a long time it’s my first negative experience. My nail polish was bubble 15 mins after I left the shop. I returned the same day for the lady to repaint them. She first of all blame the issue on me and said it’s because I wanted regular nail polish and not gel. She add another layer of polish over the bubbling nail polish and said that’s all that she can do. They still look awful after another layer of paint, and she was too busy to fix them. It was a waste of time and money. I could of painted my nails at home to look the way they do.

I asked for a design on two fingers and they said they could do that. Below is what I got vs what I showed them. I was also charged $79 for terrible nails. I called to express my dissatisfaction and the man was very rude and did not care. I would not go back.

I just received a basic mani pedi from here and it looks awful. He was rushed and my nails look worse than if I were to have done them myself. He painted over my cuticles, didn’t shape my nails properly, and the polish is clumpy on the ends. I was so upset that I had to pay $70 for something that was done so poorly. Do not go here.
