Pretty Nail & Hair Spa

I have been going to this nail salon for 13 years and the hair salon since it opened approximately 2+ years ago. The owner Brandy is very generous and always donating gift certificates for all different organizations in the community. I am always very pleased with the service and ambiance. When I'm there in the evening, I see the thorough cleaning in action and I love how close it is to home! I trust the nail and hair staff with not only me but also my 2 children (girl & boy). They always do a great job!

This Place is great they do great hair and great nail you have to try them I am one of the hair dressers there I did this it's a split end mend...

I have been going to Pretty Nail & Spa since I was little and it’s still the only place I ever like to go. Not only does this salon have reasonable prices but I am ALWAYS happy with my nails. Brandy and the staff are so sweet and funny. Would recommend Pretty Nail & Spa to everyone! 10/10

DO NOT GO HERE!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I only went here because my mother gave my daughter a gift certificate. I always heard horrible things about Pretty Nails in Ridge but I figured it couldn't be that bad. Rather than address the general public, I would rather speak to the crook who owns this dump. Hello Owner, First of all, your place is dirty. Its run down and the couches are old and falling apart. You should try sweeping once in a while. I came in with a gift certificate for a manicure, which you immediately made a face of annoyance. You painted my daughter's nails and applied a top coat. That's all you did. You did not file, clip, massage, apply any sort of oils or hot towels. The finished product was disgraceful. I could have done a better job. Did you think

I went for the powder dip manicure within a week 3 of my nails cracked and I know she only put two coats. She tried to say she put on three. I should have gotten a fresh new set but they only fixed the 3 cracked nails and she didn’t clean up the additional power that was stuck around my nails. I should have read the reviews before I went there.
