My daughter has been to this lash business multiple times, and I wanted to share an honest review. At times, her lash sets have turned out nice and looked good initially. However, we’ve noticed a decline in the overall product quality. The lashes and materials being used seem cheaper than before, and the retention and finish have not been as consistent. I’ve also heard from other clients that they have left appointments with irritated or swollen eyes, which is concerning when it comes to safety and sanitation standards. During my daughter’s appointments, she mentioned that a significant amount of time was spent on the phone during services, which made the experience feel less attentive and less professional. Additionally, I’ve seen work posted that appears to belong to other lash artist

Highly recommend! Great quality && great customer service! Sierra goes out of her way to ensure I was comfortable! She also checks in occasionally to see how my lashes are!

Love this place! so cute and cozy you feel comfortable the whole time and Sierra is literally the best! Lashes are so cute and worth the price too.
