Pretty look braids

I had a wonderful experience with this braiding company! The service was fast and efficient, and my great niece’s hair turned out beautifully neat and professionally done. They started right on time and provided excellent customer service throughout. It was the perfect style for her cruise trip, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I’m definitely planning to get my hair done here next time!

I had been looking for braiders closer to home with a wider range of appointment times. I was lucky enough to drive past Look Pretty Braids in front of the Kroger Plaza. I looked them up online; what a great experience from booking to walking out the door. I was greeted warmly by the braiding team when I arrived for my 8am appointment for shoulder length box braids with curly ends and throughout they checked on my comfort and offered snacks and water. As I sat, the building filled with additional braiders and theor clients Each client was greeted warmly and their service confirmed. By the time I left at 10:30am the building was a busy hum. For my first visit, I must say I am impressed; if this is any indication of their professionalism I will be back and urge you to give them a try, too.

The owner did my twist and she did a great job. We are not done yet, but the halfway mark is beautiful. Super professional looking my appointment time is at the time that she said it would be, which is important to me because I run my own business as well. She washed my hair before my style and it was very relaxing. The shop was super clean and in a wonderful location. I will definitely be back. She has a new client for sure❤️

I had an amazing experience getting Bora Bora braids at Pretty Lools Braids! They were able to fit me in last minute and still worked very fast without rushing the quality. They executed the pictures I showed them perfectly and blended the hair so well—it came out exactly how I wanted. The staff was incredibly sweet and considerate, constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable. Their prices were also very reasonable for the quality of work. I’m so happy they’re in the area now—this will definitely be my go-to salon for all my braiding needs! I had a great experience! The owner was super professional and accommodating from start to finish. The price was very fair, and I was extremely happy the time it took, really fast service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality hair care!
