Pretty in Pink Spa

Had my daughter’s 8th birthday party here. Everything was amazing, the staff, food, atmosphere, decor, we loved everything. I definitely recommend this place for a girly party. My daughter and her friends absolutely loved it and had a blast. The owner was very helpful and kind. 1000% worth it.

There was a scheduling conflict for my daughter’s 6th birthday party, but Jeanette and the whole PIPS team pulled through in what I would say was the most professional and organized fix I’ve experienced in a company. I was super impressed! My daughter and her friends had the times of their lives! 💕All the moms are wanting to book here for their little ones now! 5/5 ⭐️

We had such a great experience here!!! It was so well planned, the owner and her staff were so accommodating. I literally brought the cake and gift bags, she took care of the rest. I got there early, thinking I needed to set up, which I didn't have to do because she took care of it all. She took charge of the girls, the plans and I got to sit back and enjoy watching my daughter have a great time. We did the Royal Princess package which included pizza, drinks, cake pops, candy cart and so much more. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to give their daughters the best spa experience. The girls got Manis, Pedis, minimal makeup, hair tinsel. They had arts and crafts, a fashion show. I was even able to provide mimosas to all the mommas who stood for the party.

Unfortunately we had a TERRIBLE experience. The ladies who “helped” did not talk at all. No smiles. Nothing. Rushed. And did not help the girls. The little girls just sat quiet and clueless. They get paid extra to help and I’m sure to clean after but did not help and one girl swept and started cleaning the first 30 minutes or so we were here. The The energy was very bad and it was my daughter’s first time hoping to come back again. Never ever again!!!

My daughter loved her spa day! She "wanted to stay forever". This was a birthday gift for her to be pampered and put on a show. It was worth every penny for the smile and laughter. One of her favorite parts was picking a dress to wear and singing on the catwalk.
