I am only doing three stars because the customer experience I never had a problem. I just don’t realize the over price their items. It was my fault for not asking but what I purchased was not the same price I would pay for in other beauty stores or even target. Then I notice no refunds or exchanges on the receipt, I didn’t want to make a big fuss but definitely ask for prices before purchase.

BEWARE they have a policy where they will not accept returns or exchanges if a product does not come with a seal. So you will lose out because of something that is out of your control and has to do with the manufacturer and their packaging. Despite having the receipt, the product being untouched and in the original packaging. I went to EXCHANGE (1) out of the (2) products I purchased only yesterday with the same cashier and was declined an exchange. I’ll take my business elsewhere. That is the most ridiculous policy I have ever encountered for something that is out of my control. Had I known I would’ve never purchased it. I could’ve gone to Sally’s or literally anywhere else and not have this issue. Thankfully I didn’t buy the other products I was considering that were more expensive.

RACIST AS HELL!!! So they deleted my review but these people are racist as hell do not go here they will discriminate against you. I walked in as a white looking Hispanic and they ignored me and asked my Hispanic looking partner if he needed help. Then this other girl who looks Dominican walked in and they bombardero her with the best treatment possible. Then another day I saw them following a black girl around the store as if she was going to steal something!!!! THEY ARE RACIST DO NOT GO HERE.

Since the owner changed stores, I have never been so insulted by the staff working at Pretty Plus. Twice I went there looking for new color stays which were sold there before. Staff told me to go to other store. They couldn’t wait to get me out of the store, I asked them for a replacement and kept insisting they didn’t have. Other store was more than a mile away.

Love this store. I always find what I need & employees are willing to order what I want if they don't have it in the store. Personnel is nice and helpful.
