Prestige is very clean. New pedi chairs which are probably the best I’ve EVER sat in make for a super relaxing experience. However, water for pedicure was like warm at best, the water was still with no whirlpool action making it feel like my feet didn’t get a proper soak or relaxation from the water. My heels are still rough and not smooth as it should be after receiving a pedicure. My feet and legs were rinsed off with cold water and then The hot towel service applied with 1 warm towel placed on the front of both legs. The total service from polish removal to clear coat lasted less than 30 mins. Someone who was in the pedi chair before I arrived was still in the pedi chair receiving services even after I was done with my gel manicure. Gel manicure was fine, water to soak nails was als

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience here! The staff were so kind and welcoming, especially toward my daughter — they really made her feel comfortable and special. They did an amazing job on our services, and I left feeling very happy with the results. The salon itself is modern, clean, and well-kept. I honestly don’t understand that other review — my experience was the complete opposite. This is a place you come to enjoy a service, and they delivered it perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon, paid $15 extra for cateye on Thursday and they didn’t even last the weekend. In response to your reply, I took my time to go back to give you guys a chance to fix it and the same thing happened within 2 days. I attached a new picture. Ridiculous.
