Very unprofessional. I had never had an experience on Groupon before with a merchant until this. I contacted the merchant today via text on the phone number provided online and she verbally threatened me without even knowing me or meeting me at all yet. I tried giving her an opportunity to make the situation right maybe she thought someone was playing a joke with her or something, but she never responded back to me at all after threatening me. I don't advise Any future Customer to do business with this person, especially when she treats future customers that she hasn’t even met like this. I will be reporting it to groupon and on yelp as well if that business is on there.

My Brazilian wax was great. I was seriously not sore afterwards. Usually I'm sore for a couple of days after too, but I wasn't at all. She used a numbing spray that worked amazingly well. I'm going to see her every 4 weeks. So happy with my wax. The best one I've ever had. Love her. Jay is fantastic.

I have always went to her for service. Jay was the only one in the DeKalb area I trusted doing my eyebrows and now that she travels I have her come out of DeKalb for all services. She does my waxes as well as my lashes too. Thank you for getting me right every time.
