Company out of New Orleans owns this garage, and fined my rental car company $100, who is now coming after me, after I paid the rate the QR code told me to. No attendants or gates, you just have to hope you paid the right amount or they come after you using pictures from your license plate when exiting. Huge pain.
It is a parking garage, pay with your phone, close to the library, and I am sure a lot of other stuff. The elevators need some work, but it is a parking garage what do you want?
