I have been parking at this location for 6 months, somehow my payment didn't go threw so I had a 58 dollar fine, they want you to go threw a bunch of crap with emails to dispute and you can't talk to anyone. Last time parking there. If they have time to write you a ticket, they should have time to talk to you
