Premium Parking - P8203 - Park Ave Lot

Terrible parking lot. Confusing signs. They are preying upon ups customers running in to mail christmas gifts. Be on the lookout for this van, it will pull up to your vehicle and ticket you immediately after you leave it.

BEWARE! Predatory and shady owner. Signage is left purposefully obscure to confuse and entrap plaza shoppers into parking in the wrong spots. Private towing companies patrol the area and will tow your car immediately, whether it is parked legally or not. DO NOT PARK.

What a racket! My entire life, this lot has been a free public place to park. There are signs but you don’t see them unless you’ve already parked and even then, they don’t really grab one’s attention like you’d expect for a lot that will tow you after an hour. So I got towed Saturday night. Called the number of the towing company but just rang. Saw a guy there who was supervising the towing and he told me where my car was. Had to Uber to 750 St Paul (when the entrance is really on Martin Street) and was told it was going to be $150. I said “ok - do I pay you?” and that’s when he added “you have cash? The guy with the credit card machine won’t be here for another hour”. Luckily, I had cash but what a racket. Not going back to Park Avenue restaurants again after this misadventure.

This parking situation is absolutely ridiculous !! A total scam! We parked , took a photo of the barcode and as we were walking to Caramel bakery the two tow truck drivers were already getting set up to tow our vehicle. We didn’t have any time to get the verification code to set up payment. We had to run back over and stop them! Are you kidding me!!! How can this be legal!!!!!!! The owner should be ashamed of himself. Very disgusted and angry.

Be very careful of parking here! My time expired around 9:30pm, and I was across the street at Caramel bakery. My friends and I left around 10pm and my car was already towed! Being a half hour late, I expected a ticket possibly, but not to be towed. Also, it wasn’t like there was high demand to park there as the lot was only half full. The main sign with the QR code didn’t have info on where my car was towed, but I was able to look on my car’s app and see where it was. They use Towbusters and take cash only. I paid $150. Luckily, Towbusters is open late so I was able to get my car back immediately. But if you park here, please pay close attention to when your parking expires and be prompt about extending the time or getting your car!!
