Premium Parking - P8056 - Post Office Lot

Tried 2 different Premium Parking locations near Buffalo theater area, neither accepted pics of the car plate, with or without flash, horizontal or vertical, close or mid center. Total waste of time. Saw 3 cars at one site and 1 at the other also having issues and we all ended up leaving and finding free street parking swearing we were done with any site using this garbage system. Someone is losing a lot of money; hire better programmers or ditch the camera app and do app only which does not appear to be much different based on reviews. I give them a zero star for lousy service. City is losing out.
