This is an excellent location. Located on the central Expressway between McDermott and Bethany. It provides easy access from the north or the south. Many of the offices come with their own furniture making move-in rather convenient. Sarah, Evie and Deb are all lovely people that go to great lengths to make sure that you have a good experience working there. If like me, you have the type of business that requires you to see clients in office, they’re well cared for by the aforementioned staff. The office has a full service kitchen, including coffee maker, and a nice selection of tea. As an office space, it's neat, tidy and has bugs usually sneaking in on the first floor. Nothing severe, but having a windowed office I can sometimes see mice running around outside, and yea. Whole building is fine but not exceptional. The best things about the place BY FAR are the groundskeeper and the guard, Jack.

Please do not rent an office and/or virtual office from this company! I logged in to pay for my virtual office after having surgery to remove a tumor. While still pretty medicated, I forgot to remove my cancelled CC#. I immediately logged back in to correct the issue. I was charge a $25.00 fee. When signing up, they are extremely sweet until you sign the agreement. Please do not waste your time. You are charge for anything they can possibly think of! Yes, I have the $25.00 to pay, but I refuse considering I corrected the issue.

Great service and very friendly staff at Premier. One of the few who will still answer the phone on their residents' behalf and forward calls. Very detailed in their work and service and rates are the best for offices.
