Dr. Zenga and the team were amazing and friendly. Had to get tooth extraction and 2 implants. I am a big baby so I was debating between going under or doing local anesthesia. I ended up doing it local because I want to be conscious in case I need to communicate any pain. The process was soo smooth and Dr. Z was very gentle in removing the tooth. Dr. Z knew I was anxious so he was explaining and checking in on me the entire time. Best experiences with extraction and implant and only took 50mins. I highly recommend Dr. Zenga if you need any work done.

My teenage daughter needed to have oral surgery and went to Dr. Kojanis at Premier Oral Surgery in HoHoKus in Sept 2025 and it was a flawless experience. The staff (shoutout to Jessica) was beyond amazing, from beginning to end. From planning and scheduling, explaining expectations, verifying insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expense, to pre-procedure preparation and post surgery care, as well as calming my daughter’s nerves (because she was extremely nervous), everything was handled meticulously by Jessica, Dr. Kojanis and the entire team. I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Zenga, and the whole team was super helpful and patient with all my questions. I was nervous about the anesthesia, but they made me feel really reassured and comfortable. Everyone was professional while still being friendly and kind, which made the whole process much easier. The communication before and after surgery was great, and my recovery went smoothly thanks to their clear instructions and follow-ups. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this office!

I’m so glad that my dentist referred me to Dr. Zenga and his outstanding staff. Dr. Zenga is a rare and special type of doctor. His ability to be “present “ and really communicate with the patient is wonderful. The practice staff also warrants accolades. Dr Smartz is the best. She extracted both of my children’s wisdom teeth and unlike most of their friends had no post operative pain or swelling. I also loved that her dental assistant who does all of the monitoring is an RN. The office is quiet and serene and only one patient is seen at a time. I would highly recommend Dr. Smartz!
